My emails I receive now from ebay/paypal are so light when I print them off on my colored ink printer they don't even show up. I have to print off all of the payments on my black ink printer only.

Do you have a problem with your printer? I have no trouble at all with the new style e-mails.

In fact, I have to say it was the best improvement that PayPal has had in years. I now can print out just one page and have all of the information I need to complete the transaction.

I hope you can figure out what is going on with your equipment.

Hey lady, get back to work!

I just printed off a email of a paypal payment and its readable. Not fab but definitely readable.

Change the mode to better quality?

If you have an inkjet, you may have to clean it. Read your instruction manual on how to clean the jets. I use a laser printer and all prints a-ok for me.

My printer prints FAST the colored ink hardly shows on the emails. If I put the printer on the best setting it will print. I never had a problem before because most of the email was in black ink. My end of auction notice I can print off with my colored printer and I have to print off my paypal notices on my black ink only lazor printer. Both printers are fairly new. Their is no way to automatically set my colored printer on the best setting I would have to edit the setting everytime I print and I don't have time to do that.

Why do you print emails OR invoices?

I always print the sale information and a copy of the invoice I enclose in the package. I keep these for one year. Probably a paper waste, but that is how I do it.

Reminds me of the old joke where the boss told his secretary it was OK to toss a pile of papers - just make sure she made a copy of them first...

Yes, I saw this post but my concern is not with the print being too light but with it being too small! The print on the invoice is just fine but it's MUCH smaller on the "paid" notices. This is a concern because sometimes I get payment before I've had a chance to send out an invoice and it's a challenge to read the address.

Yes,they are too small to read.
I copied the overseas address and the letters are too small.

That occasionally happens to me. I copy them and paste them into a word-perfect document, opt for larger font, and print.
