Is anyone else bothered by the much smaller and teeny tiny little print on the notice we get from PayPal when a payment is made? My old eyes have a hard time reading the addresses of the customers who paid. If this has been discussed previously, my apologies. Is there a "fix"? I've just noticed this in the past two weeks...

Yes,prints are too small.
I wonder if you can change the setting with your ISP to show larger prints?

Yes, I saw the post about the print. My concern is not that it's too light but that is't too small. I don't know about changing the ISP setting as the print on all other sites/notices is just fine. I don't want to end up with huge print overwhelming my screen. I have just e-mailed PayPal with my concern...am waiting to see what response I have. I'm glad I'm not the only one who's noticed this...My poor old eyes just can't handle micro-print!

Just received an e-mail from Kristopher (a PayPal rep)...side note...pretty speedy service I think as I just sent the message earlier today! Anyway...according to the info he sent...a whole bunch of things I can change EXCEPT font size! Sigh...and that's the problem. I e-mailed him back and said that others have the same complaint so maybe they could change the font size back to a size that would be easier to read. We'll see...Maybe if a bunch of people with the same complaint would e-mail PayPal, they'd get the idea and make a change. Or am I being too optimistic?

I went to the paypal page and changed the way the payment notification is send to regular text instead of HTML.
It will print 2 pages, but if you select print only 1 page you will have all the info you need and it is very legible.

I personally like that change. At least now, when I print it out, I get the whole customer name and address. Before, you would get the Customer name and maybe the street address if you were lucky. Then you would have to either print the second page or hand write the address, city & state.
Yes, the print is a bit smaller, but I sure don't want to go back to the system they had prior.
