I signed up for the new store, created it and everything -- looks great. But for the life of me I can not figure out how to check sales or sign up for a inventory edition like my other account. Any hints --- how can you tell if you sold anything lol.

Hello,

You may check your sales under "Orders" (in the blue menu bar at the top of the page) --> "Sold Items".

Please note that this account will not look like your other account, as it is a new version of our services. You may access your inventory items under "Items" --> "My Items".

Regards,
Nathan

enchanted, I thought I would look at your store so as to view a store on the new platform.

I think you did a nice job. However, the fonts are small and difficlut to read. At first, I thought you had your descriptions written in a foreign language.

The browser I am using is IE8. Further, your store appears in a google search as "Vendio Stores Beta" with your URL.

Perhaps someone else will find differently. I am just giving my unsolicited opinion, so as to alert you to potential problems.

Nathan and Bill --

THANK YOU -- I built the page on Firefox. I will look into naming the page better for the search engines. I have an account I've been using for about 4 years - using inventory manager -- i am so used to that format. (different product)

I'll try increasing the font and check things out in my ie.

Bill -- what resolution are you viewing at?

You guys rock!

Bill - I can't figure out how you even found Enchanted's store. Is there a way to see all Vendio Platform (stores)?

Do a google search for the company name, Bill's right it comes up as Vendio Beta.

I thought the new stores were going to have a few more bells and whistles, including being able to offer coupons??

Hello Enchantedworldjewelry,

You may change the title of your Store for search purposes by going to "Items" --> "Store Designer" --> "Customize Your Store" --> "Customize" --> "Advanced" --> "Enable Advanced Mode" --> "SEO" --> then edit the "Store Title" field.

The font size may be changed from the "Customize" view by left-clicking on the text box. Then select "Edit Content" and use the "Grow Text" button in the editor (note that you have to highlight the text that you want to make larger first).

Hello Bill,

Thanks for the assistance!

Hello Niel35,

As far as I am aware it is not possible to view all Vendio Platform Stores.

Hello Beth,

The new version of the Stores are highly customizable, so it is up to the individual user to decide what they need for their Store. Coupons are an option. You would send the coupon to your potential buyer and they would enter it at checkout (so you wouldn't see this option on the main Store page, unless you decided you wanted to add text there for your potential buyers).

Regards,
Nathan
