All of a sudden over the weekend, all my ebay listings return the following error message in red when using the shipping calculator...
"An error occured during the calculation. Please try again later.
ERROR: Internal Error. Please try later!"
Also, when most people try to checkout through eBay or Vendio, they receive a "ERROR 201: Internal Error. Please try later!"
Some have been able to checkout sucessfully, however, most cannot and I got many pissed off buyers.

Have you checked the package size or weight. I think you could get an error if it set up wrong.
Say like over 13oz for 1st class or too large to ship priority.

Nope - these are ongoing listings both FP and eBay stores and have been active and working for many months. The problem just started occuring on Saturday. Buyers can complete checkout, however, if UPS is chosen as the carrier, the error messages appear. The error comes up with items in our Vendio store or within the Vendio shipping calculator in eBay listings also.
USPS does not return an error and the buyer is able to proceed with payment.
Based on that, one would assume it's a UPS error, however, a few buyers have been able to checkout successfully with choosing UPS, nothing has been changes in our preferences, UPS is not aware of any issues, and there's been no other reports of this problem that I'm aware of.
What a worry to have on a monday....

Maybe you should post this on the Vendio services - could be an issue between UPS and Vendio but I use UPS and don't believe there is a problem with my calculator.
