I keep getting this error message:
Error 17521: All locations are dropped.
All locations provided for shipping service "50023" are not allowable for this site.
This happens whenever I have something that needs to be shipped in two boxes.
I am using the calculated shipping for Parcel Post and adding a markup (often between 35 and 50 dollars). I am guessing this is the issue, but I have no luck figuring this out.
I have been listing lamps, as well as other items that do often require two boxes.

Have you tried keeping the box size the same but doubling the weight?
I asked the same question awhile back and that was the suggestion I got but I never tried it.

Unfortunately, that doesn't work the price doesn't double.
Example using Parcel Post: A 20 inch cube box that weighs 10 lb costs $25.51. the same box weighing 20 pounds costs $25.51. It is the same price for twice the weight. If i double the size, then I can't ship it.

It is far from perfect, but I've used 2 approaches in this situation:
1. Calculate shipping to the furthest point (save Alaska & Hawaii) and use fixed price shipping. In the description I indicate that if the shipping is materially less, I will refund the difference.
2. Use a calculator but state very clearly and in large letters that it will require 2 boxes, so to double the calculated amount. Invariably, someone tries to get away with paying only for one box via PayPal, I have to refund, send an invoice, etc.

If you run into this again, please let us know (ideally via the contact us page or the Vendio services forum so we can address it sooner) - as there are a number of possible causes for this error message and eBay has it worded too vague to know what it may have been this time. (I didn't see any pending items currently in your account to test with.)
Sometimes it can be as simple of an issue as your providing international shipping carriers/costs/calculations but only have US listed in your Ship-To locations.
