I've been using Vendio Image Hosting with eBay for a few years now and it has worked really well. Since the "upgrade" tonight, I can't figure out how to attach images to my eBay auctions. The PDF help file is no help -- it directs you to the "My items" section, and I don't have a subscription for that. I only have the Image Hosting subscription, and there is no blue task bar as desribed for attaching images into an auction. Thanks --

I've had this happen to me. There may be a simpler solution but what I did was just cancel the auction (it still had no bids) and then edited it to add the photos I wanted and re-launched. Good luck.

HI THANKS
I AM SO ANGRY WITH THIS COMPANY
THERE IS NO HELP. IT IS LIKE THEY TRY TO FORCE YOU TO PAY THEM TO CALL. IT IS AS THOUGH THEY DELIBERATELY DON'T VBOTHER WITH GIVING YHOU INFORMATION, OR REAL HELP, OR TELL YOU THE WAY TO DO THINGS BECAUSE THEY CAN ONLY MNAKE MONEY OFF YOU IF YOU CALL.
I AM SO VERY ANGRY WITH THIS.
I ONLY NEED HELP RIGHT NOW, WITH THIS. I DO NOT WANT TO END THE LISTING. I AM SO ENRAGED OVER THIS. JUST HELP, JUST ON THIS ONE. THAT IS ALL. I CAN LAUNCH THE REST FROM THIS VENDIO BUT MY GOD, JUST THIS ONE TIME I'D LIKE TO SEE SOME DAMN HELP.
I AM DOING THIS:

AND LET ME TELL YOU, I HAVE COPIED GOOGLE'S YOUTUBE WITHOUT A HITCH -- WITHOUT A HITCH
YOU GET MORE HELP FORM EBAY WTIH THEM AND HTML. THIS IS INSANE.
WHERE IS LIVE CHAT? NEVER ANYONE THERE.
HOW CAN THEY REALLY GET GOODWILL?
THIS IS WHY SO MUCH HAS CHANGED WITH THIS COMPANY.
WHEN YOU REALLY NEED THEM THEY ARE LIKE PHANTOMS.
Sorry to hear of your terrible frustrations with formatting HTML to make images appear, please re-review the reply Diana sent to one of the 12 incidents you had going today via email as the formatting she provided a sample with was setup perfectly - you just left out the quotation marks around the URL to make it work properly.
We are available via live chat for those that subscribe to it from 9am to 5pm PST. You mentioned nobody is ever there, but you are not subscribed to that service. We have been handling literally dozens of chat sessions all afternoon today.
Note that your code above is wrong unfortunately, but your really close. Your just missing the quotation marks around the URL. It's the standard for formatting a picture to use on a webpage and you can learn more about this process here:
You may also review the replies we have left to all of the posts you have started for this issue either here in the eBay outlook or over in the services forum here
Regards,
Chris
