Just read about this on the Power Sellers Board - is this new? Not sure if it will work for me - I've got lots of low $ sales (under $10) but I get some higher ones too...any one switch over?

I don't think it will work for me either. I use the same paypal for 2 ID's. One is higher ticket items and the other isn't. It would cost me to sign up unless I could do it separately for each ID.
My gut instinct tells me this probably wouldn't work well for you (or other low $ sales sellers).
Only you know your sales figures... so you'd have to check to be sure... but I bet that you probably have a lot of customers that buy more than one item from you, right? That's typical with low-priced merchandise (The s/h charges usually aren't justifiable to customers unless you combine multiple low-priced merchandise into one shipment). Since the paypal calculations are based per payment... you'd probably find that those combined payments would kill any possible savings you'd get switching.
Best thing to do if you can... download a sample of your recent paypal payments... take an average... and if the average is over $10... you definitely don't want to switch!
I bet Paypal is hoping that most people won't think about combined shipments and s/h charges when they sign up for this...
