I sold a digitial camera to a bidder from Maldives. Feedback 2. Today, they are NARU'd. The last time this happened, the bidder claimed it never arrived coincidentally a day after it did. Paypal deducted the $$$ and I had to submit proof, copies of the Customs form, etc. I guess I better get that copy ready to fax. I got the money back, but it is the hoops to jump through and the idea that they are holding your money over you to jump up and try to get.

I don't think I would even attempt to ship a camera internationally - I've cut out international shipping for almost all but the most mundane items. There are too many prohibitions and they differ for each country, anybody within customs can take the item at whim - and don't even get me started on international insurance claims - I had one that lasted over one YEAR that I LOST - by the way, this is a great list for the USPS list of prohibited and restricted items by country:

If he has been using a stolen credit card,there is no need for you to submit proof of delivery!
