I used this last week on a high ticket item.
The winner just wrote and said that someone logged into her account and placed the bid and she couldn't afford it. No problem - already filed for a FVF and got it.
I had several bids and would like to offer it to the next high bidder who I've sold to before.
Does anyone know if it would be a $20 cap on the second chance offer since the original listing was for a $20 FVF?

Just got off the phone with ebay and they said I would only be charged $20 for the Second Chance offer if he accepts.
Thanks
