I had a buyer who couldn't get their address correct, so I filed a Cancel Transaction case with ebay.

I haven't received a response.

How long will this case remain open? If the bidder doesn't respond, what happens? Will I be able to file to received a FVF?

I've never had a bidder ignore a Cancel Transaction case, especially when I am doing this to protect them.
