I am finally back again after taking care of my Mom for a long time.
After looking through all the new rules and policys on E-bay, I have decided to branch out to different venues. I don't usually sell antiques or very valuable things, I do have a lot of Avon stuff to sell. You can't make it with yard sales these days cause everyone wants you to give all your stuff away for a buck.
Haven't read anything on this board lately about alternatives. I have signed up with Plunder Here.com,but haven't listed anything yet and I don't really know the best site to use. Where are the former e-bay sellers getting rid of their stuff these days?
I am very uncomfortable with the NO Insurance policy on e-bay because while you pack everything up to ship safely, the post office seems to love to mash some packages anyway. I was happy that most customers want insured packages, but that option is gone now.
Well, Vendio sellers, can you offer some help for all of us?

include insurance in your shipping and handling.
As for other sites, for Avon stuff, you can park them with Epier.com.

Thanks a lot for your input. I am now signed up at that site. I hope to find some other sites soon, there have to be some great sites that are up and coming.

There is a smart ass who copied pictures from various web sites and open a store on Ecrater and other free sites,he doubled the price of the store items and managed to sell 30 on Ecrater until Ecrater shutted it down!

Well, they won't get me for copying pictures, I always do my own stuff. I haven't looked into having a store on EPier yet, it may pay to have one open. In the meantime, I intend to just list some of my overstocked items.
Have you heard about PlunderHere.com? I hear they may be giving E-Bay a run for their money.
