A few months ago, there was a discussion thread regarding selling to Japan. There is an eBay approved service which will handle the sales.

How funny. I just had a sale to these folks (130334924534) and wondered the same thing. They informed me that they receive the items in Carson, CA and inspect them and then send them on to the buyer in Japan.

Had a sale, in the last month, to that service too. Worked out okay I guess, never got feedback. Seems like they emailed that they wanted extra info., like when it was mailed, requested a note added on the package with item no., buyer's name maybe. Of course that was after I mailed it, so duh. That part of their system wasn't exactly timely executed.

I found the link that I needed. It was saved in my Bookmarks. Not that I even knew it was there. My mind is still messed up from the stroke last fall.
They are approved by ebay. We can put a link onto our auctions. Also, by my read, it appears that shipping to the service is by domestic rates. The service charges the buyer for intenational shipping.
