are you one of those sellers who get seller protection even if the address of buyer is noT confirmed?
if so,then you are covered as long as you can prove online trackable DC

I ship to Japan quite frequently. There has never been a problem. If you have a concern, send the item with USPS Registered Mail.

We have been shipping to Japan since 1999 without incident. Mind you we never had to worry about PayPal since we still have Japanese bank accounts from our time living there, as well as friends to help out with any problems (should they arise).

Japanese post office sells postal order denominated in US dollars which you can cash in our post office with proper ID.
