I'm attempting to print a shipping label thru PP the same way I always have but they are printing about 1/4 the size they should be. I went to USPS website and printed one that came out just fine. Did PP cHange a setting I'm not aware of? I'd rather use PP shipping than the USPS website.

Paypal has printer specific label defaults you have to adjust. You probably have it defaulted to a small label printer. You can also default labels to print without showing the postage you actually paid.

I use a Brother laser printer, not a label printer, so I can't choose a paper and label size. I checked the printer settings in PP and they are as they've always been. I've tried to print a label on my HP inkjet printer and it also comes out very very small. I have no idea what caused this change.

I'm stumped. I opened up USPS Shipping Assistant and printed a label from there. Worked just fine. Of course, postage isn't on it so I have to go to the PO if I use that label.

Just an FYI, in case anyone else has this problem. If you're a Firefox user, switch over to IE to print labels from PayPal. That worked for me.
