Is anyone else having this problem? I input the correct information i.e. size of box, weight, etc. When a customer uses the calculator to see what their shipping cost is, they are given one amount. Then, when they go to pay at PP, the amount is always higher....as much as $4-$5. Besides getting the "how come when I go to pay, it is higher than the calculated shipping?", it is getting very old refunding the difference to the buyer.
Both in your Vendio and eBay accounts there is a place to indicate the type of UPS account you have, as sellers with a daily pickup account get cheaper rates than those who pay the standard counter rates at UPS.
If you have an example of the error I would be happy to dig further to be sure there isn't a different issue causing this error, but the first thing id check is that your eBay account is setup to give the proper rates as it sounds like the rates there are setup for counter prices and your Vendio account is likely setup to quote daily pickup rates.
