Well, someone bought something through the stores... or i should say committed to buy something.

Newbie, 0 feedback, registered yesterday, then bid on my item. No payment. Doubt I will get payment. Hooray for eBay's new system!

why cant you make her pay as soon as she is commited to buying ,unless you offer make an offer?
