I now have 2 stores - same level on both.
At the top of one page under unsold - it shows Delete - Add Notes - Relist as Fixed Price - Add to List
On the other there is no Relist as Fixed Price just the other 3 options?
That means I have to relisted them one by one and edit them to get them to fixed price.
I don't see anyway to change the setting.
Am I missing something?

Did you subscribe to Sales Manager on both accounts? Should be free but I think you have to subscribe.
