i am new. all of my listings in ebay have no item description. no matter how many times i try to edit and save,the item description disappears.

I believe you cant change your item description if it is ending soon,you can add additional information,but not alter any information which is already there.

it appears that nobody in here can tell me why vendio won't put item description in my ebay listings. i guess my best bet is to end my listings and cram vendio where the sun don't shine and look elswhere for listing software.

If you want to give vendio a chance - go back to the community page and click on the vendio services - then pick the appropriate forum - that's where you'll get an answer from a vendio services rep - as opposed to here where you are most likely just to find other sellers.

roger - looks to me like you have the "new" vendio because most of us are using the "old" vendio and don't have a template like that. As suggested, post in the moderated part of the discussion board - the Vendio people are usually very helpful but don't hang out here.
