I came across this interesting way to get around the ban on mentioning money orders, etc.
PAYMENT FORMS ARE ACCEPTED.
Payment within 7 days. If you continue to shop with us, we will update your invoice when complete. Email a note if you are planning on waiting a few days to pay. Bidders outside the USA must pay via Pay-Pal.
The seller has over 5,000 positives, so it must be ok with eBay.

most bidders prefer to use paypal since they have nothing to lose.
Some who dont will email the seller before they bid,there is really no need for seller to mention other forms of payment.
