Are you talking about Vendio's Sales Manager Pro?
If so when you synchronize it will add all your photos for you regardless of which computer you are on. It will take awhile the first time if you have lots of photos.

Yeah Vendio's sales manager pro.
So there's no chance then, that my listings will be affected from synching from another computer - say vendio can't find old images on the new computer...
The default option for Sales Manager Pro is to download all of the images in your account when you sync, which you can turn off if you want to (if you have a lot of images and don't need access to the old ones, just cancel the sync and turn off the image download option in Pro's preferences.)
You can use it on as many computers as you want. The only issue is that you don't see saved batches on every computer, only the one you saved them on.
