I decided to include shipping coverage on an item and tried to use ShipCover through eBay. I was unable to locate the option in the print label system.
I searched eBay's site and found instructions, but cannot locate a "drop down" menu with insurance options. It was an easy process, but now I cannot locate it.
Anyone else have this issue or has this been discontinued and eBay hasn't updated their system?
Here are the instructions from eBay-
To add shipping insurance:
1.
Sign in to My eBay and click Sold on the left side of the page.
2.
Select the check box next to each item you want to ship.
3.
Click the Print Shipping Label button.
4.
Fill out the information on the shipping label.
5.
In the Delivery options section, select the Add insurance check box.
6.
Select ShipCover Insurance from the drop-down menu.
7.
Enter the amount of coverage you need, up to the selling price of the items. The amount will usually be filled out for you. You can insure your package for up to $1,000 through ShipCover.
8.
Click the Add button. The amount you'll be charged for insurance will appear in the Your shipping cost section of the page.
9.
If you selected ShipCover insurance, select the check box to indicate that you have read and agreed to the terms of coverage.

I thought they are still testing it.
