I have been switched over to the new format for a while. I am learning new things almost everyday. What is going on now has me completely puzzled. I tried all morning to send out a few new launches to eBay with no success. My market profile says "I have 70 live ads" In reality I have 25. Items that were launched with auto-relister checked, never re-listed. I have tried changing the ad's name, I even get the yellow successful launched banner and the listed time at the bottom of the eBay page, but still the new ad doesn't show up in eBay. What gives???
The problem is that your eBay token has expired and will need to be updated. Please do so now by going to "Preferences" (at the top right of most pages in your Vendio account) --> select "Channels" from the drop-down box at the top of the page --> click "Re-Authorize" and follow the steps. Should you continue to have trouble with this after updating the eBay token, please let us know.
Also, please note that you may locate the error message for a failed listing by going to "Channels" --> "Marketplace Listings" --> "Errors" --> then click the "Error" link to the right for the details. The most recent error message will be at the end of the list.

Hello, thanks for the help. FYI it wasn't the "token expiration", it was good till 2013, it was the "token status" it was marked invalid.
I apologize for the confusion. The token expiration date is the date that eBay gives us for their scheduled date for when the token will automatically expire. However, eBay will also occasionally expire or invalidate the token prior to that date (they don't provide the reason why, unfortunately.)
