Who else can't launch items without entering totally new shipping profiles?
Also, all my old data for my shipping is GONE. So, I had to look up all my pricing again for international and domestic fixed price shipping.
To make matters worse, the weights that I entered for each individual item data is GONE. So, I had to reweigh all my items.
Even after doing all that guess what? 25% of my listings still do NOT launch. WTF?
Are the software engineers complete morons in Vendio?
The shipping module works so poorly I abandoned it and changed to Shipworks which works perfectly. Basic things like the tracking number can not be auto sent to customers and buyer notes are also not printed out on the invoice. Makes it basically unusable for these 2 issues alone if you do any kind of volume of shipping. Also, import function to Dazzle is nearly impossible to use when compared to how Shiworks worked.
It is impossible to launch items to Amazon efficiently. If the items already exists in Amazon it OVERWRITES any previous data you had for either the store or ebay for the item title, description etc. Vendio has been aware of this problem for 6 months and it has still not been fixed.
So who is in charge over there? Who is responsible for getting problems fixed?
There are so many more problems. These are just a few. Have some pride Vendio management and software enginneers, make a great product for your customers and fix the problems.
