Please note that you may locate the error message for a failed listing by going to "Channels" --> "Marketplace Listings" --> "Errors" --> then click the "Error" link to the right for the details.
In this case, the error message that eBay is returning is that you are offering money orders as a payment method. Checks and money orders are not allowed by eBay rules. Please edit your Payment Profile to remove the check and money order payment options, and let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
