I have a 5.0 in 3 of the 4 categories. I have a 4.9 for shipping time, but have been offering free shipping with 99% of my listings.

I have had this 1 low rated shipping time DSR for what seems like well over a year. I have no idea when it will come off.

It just bugs me that sellers are completely unaware of what item it may be. How do you learn if you have no idea what item caused the problem?

You may have had a buyer who looks at 5's as being perfect no one is. so the highest rating they give is 4.9.

Free shipping does not guarantee high DSR for anything but shipping cost. I think you are guaranteed a 5 in shipping time if you upload tracking info within 24 hours of payment (I wouldn't know from my DSR's because no way am I doing EDC)

If you go into My Ebay ,somewhere there is a detail 12 months chart to see what your ratings are by month and you can gauge when the low ratings would drop off.

For some reason I think this low DSR came over a year ago. I ran reports in July 2011 to see when it happened, but the low DSR wasn't in July 2011, it would have been prior. You can only run reports up to 90 days back and it is much older than that.

Alldings- This was a rating of 1 or 2 for shipping time. I ship everything within a day or two.

I understand leaving a 4 (perhaps a 3 if they consider it average), but a 1 or 2??? Oddly enough, that is the only area where I have a single low rating in all of the DSRs. I would think a disgruntled buyer would have left it in everything, so I think it is more likely an error, but I will never know because eBay doesn't provide any information about the transaction for DSRs. The only other thing I can come up with is someone who purchased something as a gift and it didn't arrive in the time they expected because they didn't buy it early enough.
