Anyone know if I can change a shipping address or at least country destination when invoicing a buyer?
This isn't the first time this has happened, but I have a buyer who's account is in the UK, but currently resides in New York. They want me to change the invoice to reflect the free shipping to NY rather than the $30+ for International shipping.
They emailed me and asked me to update the destination, but I don't see how to do that. I think they have to update the address when they place the order. I would think eBay has a way to correct this. Any help is appreciated.

Ebay changed that, you cannot change the country destination.
But you can go to any prior domestic order and print another label.

When you print an eBay address label, the address appears on the right side of the page. There iis an edit link above the address.
However, I would not change the address that is on record at eBay. There is a notice above the address box which states -
"You may not be covered by the eBay Seller Protection Policy if you change this address."
I bet that would also apply to those instances where the lazies type their name and address without the use of capital letters. And, we change them to capital letters.
Anyway, I would have the buyer change their address at both PayPal and eBay before you send that package out to them.
