We are just beginning to use Vendio and need to find out the easiest way to convert unsold auctions to Fixed Price Listings. We never run an auction twice but we change over to Fixed Price lisitngs instead. How can I do this in bulk? Thanks

when I need to make bulk changes, I just do it in eBay. I go to My Ebay, then either Active Items or Selling Manager Pro/Active Items, click on "edit" and then change the format there. You can make changes in bulk for all items.

That's how I did it before Vendio but Vendio has told me to do everything via their site but discontinue using eBay selling manager. If I do with eBay selling manager (as I used to) will it still communicate with my Vendio site that I have re-listed these items and changed them from an auction to fixed price.

Vendio services competes with eBay services and is how Vendio justifies charging fees. Some of the services are similar to what eBay offers, and changes may or may not update through Vendio.
I used to use Vendio for listing when they offered services that benefited us, but over time, eBay made changes that made it easier to create better listings and we found another service that fit our needs and budget better. It sounds like Vendio offers services that meet your needs, like cross platform selling (eBay, Amazon, and/or website).
If so, I suggest posting your tech support questions in the Vendio Services section where they have tech support viewing regularly.

FYI - If you use a source outside of Vendio to change your listings over to Fixed Price Listings rather than an Auction it will not communicate with your Vendio inventory. You need to change your listings over one by one in Vendio to keep your inventory accurate.
