I had someone who made an offer yesterday on a BIN item w/Make an Offer. After reviewing their offer, I decided to accept the offer though it was on the lower end of what we wanted for it.
A few hours later they emailed me stating that they were sorry, but they made a mistake and wanted to cancel the item.
I don't even bother with these buyers. I just send a cancellation request and then relist it as frustrating as it can be.
My questions are:
Once an item has ended, is there a way to see the offer history? I am curious to know if they made several offers or just this one.
Can you see a buyer's cancellation history? How many items they cancelled after purchase?
Does anyone know if eBay bothers to monitor a buyer's history of cancellations since it is the seller that must initiate the request?
