I received an email from eBay that I have an Item Not As Described dispute. I hadn't received any contact from this buyer regarding any issues since selling it over a month ago, so I was a bit surprised.

The complaint read:
------------------------
The case details:
The buyer says the item doesn't match the description.

The buyer paid on May 22, 2013.

The buyer chose "other" as the problem with the item

Additional information:
"I purchased this item a panama mola. First problem with this purchase was the seller took 6 days to ship item. It is made of cloth. The seller described the item as being in Great Condition. That's why I bought the item. When I received the item I was shocked at how bad it's condition was. It wasn't in Great condition as the seller stated it was in Horrible condition. The item was very faded, It had white spots on it I assumed was from sunlight. It had a dark stain about two inches square on the lower right bottom. I have pictures of everything I'm saying. I contacted the seller and reported to him how unhappy I was with the item and that because he was un truthful in his description of item I was requesting him to refund my purchase price and postage. I also ask for him to pay for my return shipping cost. Because he committed fraud with his description of item. I also took pictures of his shipping label. He lied to the postal service and ebay about the weight of this item. He paid postage on 1 pound 6 oz . The items true weight was 2 pounds 4 oz. That is also fraud. Ebay always wants sellers and buyers to work disputes out between themselves. I have done all I can do to work this out with this seller. If you read all our emails back and forth to each other you will find this to be true. I told this seller if he does the right thing we can have this transaction end in a positive way. This seller agreed to refund my shipping cost back to him and didn't. He refunded my purchase price and his shipping charges to me. After I contacted him and ask for the shipping charges he agreed to pay me for my shipping back to him he tells me I'm bullying him and says he won't refund me my shipping charges. I then give him a negative rating. He then files a claim with ebay that I was trying to extort from him. Instantly ebay removes my negative post. This seller knows how to work the system to his benefit. Me the buyer was mislead by this seller. I'm requesting from this seller my return shipping cost of $9.79 and to have ebay return my negative rating of this seller. When I was writing my review of this seller it didn't allow me to put a negative on his shipping charges. It stated because I was given free shipping. I wasn't given free shipping he charged me $12.75. I would like ebay to change this also. Thank you for taking the time to take care of this. Please don't let a seller that knows how to work the system to take advantage of your buyers. thanks...Bob Kalander "

The buyer requested:
A refund. The refund amount includes the purchase price plus original shipping.
---------------------

While reading this, I was utterly perplexed. Was I communicating with this buyer in my sleep? Is this a bad dream? Is this buyer on drugs?

About 10 minutes later I notice the case is closed with the following message, "I made a mistake and opened a case against the wrong seller. I have sent them a message and corrected this. Bob"
--------------------------

I would be quite embarrassed if I did that.
