I'm fairly new at this and can't find where one puts the best offer option in a listing using Vendio. Their help page seems to be off line.
Can anyone help?
In order to do this please go to the "eBay Info" tab within the inventory item and click "More eBay Options" near the bottom of the page. The best offer option is located just above the "Description" field.
Also, the request support option should be working now. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.

While we're on the subject...could Vendio add the "automatically refuse offers below" option that eBay offers on their listing and revision pages?

Hello Susan,
While this is an option that we might add at some point in the future, at this time it is only possible to automatically accept best offers at a certain level, unfortunately.
