I one low DSR that is probably getting close to falling off my rating, but I don't know when. Is there a way to find out? I see I can run a report, but only for the most recent 90 days.

If you go to your Serller performance page, go to view trending data, this will get you a 12 month calander and shows when the low DSR was left

Thanks. I was at that page, but didn't see I had to open a drop menu for each month.
Geez... I thought the one low DSR was almost a year ago. It was February! Ugh!
Most frustrating is the inability to know what item it was. I never received a complaint and received only positive feedbacks. I don't get eBay's mentality behind not knowing. Its not like a seller can do anything anyways. I'd like to know so that I could review the transaction and see if something went wrong, and if so, how I could improve on it. DSRs give no valuable information.

shaq - Bring an action against them for business interference. eBay is providing a tool for feedback from your customer, but not allowing you to interact with that customer to remedy the customer's concerns.
That is interference with you interacting with your customer.

Hi Bill. When you say bring an action against them, are you meaning against eBay? If so, where or how do I do that?
Also, based on your comment, would this also apply to a situation where a buyer performed a chargeback through Paypal? I don't have one, but am curious. I have always been frustrated with how PP handles charge backs for other sellers. No way to get details about a fraudulent purchase, etc. so that the seller can file the proper reports with authorities.
