good news,now we get DC for shipping first class,priority small box,priority envelope to the following countries-
Delivery Confirmation is now included for First Class Package International Service, and Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope and Small Flat Rate Box shipments going to the following countries: Canada, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain and Switzerland

There is now another problem with overseas shipping-Custom duty.
German customs is slapping duty left and right ,buyers would go and show the Ebay listing and Paypal transaction to prove they only paid $51 for the item,but customs insisted on $187 duty fee and they believe the item is worth more,a lot more.
Russian customs are bringing in diamond expert ,they dont believe these Hope diamonds are worth $50!uK has lowered the exemption from 40 to 36 since beginning of the year so woe to UK buyers.

I woke up this morning to find cases of items not received from my UK buyer-
4 shipments to UK to the same buyer same address since December 1,2013-two are delivered,one is unclaimed and returned to me,I dont have it yet,and one is not trackable at this momenet??/
Another UK buyer received a notice from ROYAL mail asking for 18 British pounds for paying UK customs duty,her item is US$28 PLUS 8.95 SHIPPING so do the math?/pound versus dollar?
UK has lowered the exemption threshold from 40 to 36 since beginning for 2014,woe to her!

Russian post office is begging Russian citizens to slow down on their buying on intenet as it cannot handle the sheer volume .
Siberians can now buy pineapple,papaya ,mango and even Hawaiian hula dancers as long as they sign for them !

read the country list,these are not the folks who file for item not received,you dont see Russia,Romania,Latvia,Mexico,Peru,Columbia,Nigeria,Indonesia,Rwanda,Ethiopia,Syria on the list.
Singapore somehow is not on the list and U-PIC does not cover Singapore??
