Yup , I had been getting that same "user agreement " and knew sooner or later I had to accept . Little did I know it included - global shipping and other aggrevations! Yup I have to wait 24 hrs to opt out and relist under MY terms.

I will opt out of the global shipping and AUTOMATIC enrollment in eBays return system- then relist in 12 more hours. These eBay ""improvements"" may be the best thing since sliced bread but clear and up front diclosures should be on the table! jus sayin
