Hi this is for anyone who uses Vendio to launch to eBay. I have one auction that absolutely will not launch. Received message Error 240. Have edited the title and description, there's nothing inappropriate or out of ordinary. Im selling two shirts! Crazy. Can't get past it. Successfully launched 20 others at the same time, except this got dinged for some reason. Can't figure how to get this auction up!! Thanks for help.

Hello,
You can usually get the more specific eBay error message by doing an eBay preview in Vendio. In this case the error message eBay is returning is:
"Your item condition description field seems to contain information not relevant to the condition of your item. Please remove any branding, promotions, shipping, returns, payment or other condition unrelated information from this field. This includes text intended for pricing or discount announcements."
