I just got of the phone from a buyer that accused me of being dishonest because they did not or could not read the item description. I can not dumb the description down anymore. The real beauty of this problem is that I will get a "defect" because of someone else's stupidity.

Understand completely. The level of stupidity from some bidders is unbelievable. I'm surprised some of these people are able to go to the bathroom without a list of instructions and a map.

Sad situation. Dumb I can almost understand. Lately I have encountered mean, vicious buyers. Those I cannot tolerate!!

capo - the problem with your comment is that they wouldn't read the instructions or know how to decipher a map.
