Why does German intelligence know where he is but U.S. intelligence does not?

On This Week with George Stephanopoulos, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld declares: "the area… that coalition forces control… happens not to be the area where weapons of mass destruction were dispersed. We know where they are. They’re in the area around Tikrit and Baghdad and east, west, south and north somewhat."

Last week kerry said bin Laden is living in Afghanistan. bin Laden sent him a email wishing kerry well in the election. He knows if kerry is elected he won't have to worry about being killed or captured.
Hey, hey Ho, ho Kerry - sign the 1-8-0

I hope that helps Bush find him since Bush has been looking in the wrong place since 2001. Perhaps you should send Bush a map Bear since Bush obviously does not know the difference between Afghanistan and Iraq.
Maybe if Bush asks the other members of the Bin laden family where Osama is, he can capture him before the end of October.
