If the latest polls are to be believed, Hillary Rodham Clinton is the leading candidate to become the next president of the United States.

For those of us who have real-life experience dealing with the crimes of the Clinton administration, it's a scary thought.

George Bush may be an inept leader with a thoroughly confused sense of priorities, but it has been five years since I have felt personally threatened by the criminal actions of the White House.

I do not want to go back, and I am certain other victims of the Clintons' abuse of power feel the same way.

But most Americans are detached from that reign of terror. They didn't have their homes and offices broken into by goons of the most powerful couple in the world. They didn't experience tax audits directed by the White House against political enemies. They weren't sexually harassed by the president while the first lady demeaned them as bimbos. They didn't have their church overrun by armed federal agents and watch their own children consumed in a raging inferno. They didn't see their lives directly affected when the executive branch of government grabbed power through the use of executive orders, intentionally subverting the powers of Congress and the people.

I could go on and on.

The Clinton years represented a reign of terror for some of us.

And make no mistake about it: Hillary was not some innocent bystander when all this was happening. She was an integral part of the ruling junta. She may very well have been the brains behind the operation.

According to a new book by attorney Candice Jackson, "Their Lives: The Women Targeted by the Clinton Machine," Hillary had a major role in threatening and intimidating women who accused her husband of sexual abuse.

"She was right there in the inner circle taking a lead in giving these women zero credibility, in attacking them in the public and through the press and in participating in all of these scare tactics, like hiring private investigators to threaten them and follow them," she says.

What kind of a "feminist" watches her husband, the most powerful man in the world, prey on women – even viciously rape them – and victimize those women again with smear tactics and harassment? Hillary Rodham Clinton.

It would be enough of an indictment if Hillary were not a participant in the crimes of her husband, but just a silent observer. That is not the case. From the earliest days of the Rose Law Firm in Arkansas, it was Hillary who was positioning her husband and laying the foundation for a power grab. It was her ruthlessness that helped elevate this obscure couple from Little Rock to the Potomac.

The crimes and cover-ups of the Clintons are almost too numerous to chronicle in any one place – Cattlegate, Whitewater, Travelgate, the cover-ups of the deaths of Ron Brown and Vincent Foster, abuse of the Internal Revenue Service, Troopergate, the way they ignored the growing threat of Islamo-fascist terrorism to focus law enforcement on the bogus threat of the religious right, Pardongate, the way they sold national security secrets for campaign cash.

This is a record that would make Deep Throat blush.

Perhaps the best overview of the Clinton crimes and Hillary's active participation in them is the book by Richard Poe, "Hillary's Secret War." This is the book the establishment media cover-up artists do not want you to read.

I keep reading that the polls show her as the strongest leader among other dems who are compared to her - by far. But I have a hard time believing the dem party is stupid enough to actually give her the nomination.

Imo, there will be many in her own party that won't want to see her get the nomination. And as your article says, which I believe is very true, there were too many underhanded and criminal things going on during 'their' administration....it WILL ALL be brought up at that time. And ALL is a heck of a lot.

I think the dem party leaders are well aware of the problems her nomination would lead to like not getting their platform out to be discussed.....but rather a re-hashing of all that garbage.

I heard that she is a 'favorite' also, on Fox.

And then they speculated on who would run in the GOP. Possibly; McCain, Guillaine (sp?) and Condelezza Rice

Now, could you see TWO women running against each other for President?
Is America ready for this?

I think if McCain runs, I'll vote for him, maybe, but Rice, I believe, is a genius. If you've looked at what she has accomplished, its amazing.

You republicans need to watch out. The dems know you all suffer from tunnel vision so maybe they are just showing Hillary off. Maybe they are baiting you all to spend Millions bashing Hillary. Once the millions are gone on your bashing. The Dems might run someone else.

Don't forget you republicans like to say the Dems spend money. Maybe the dems can spend some of your money this time.

Bigpeepa, you can tell classic and bear are Repugs by their giggling over the word bush....sexual maturity is not a hallmark of a repug.

That's why they're all atwitter about Clinton but don't care how many Americans die because of bush.......shows how little they support the troops.

NTS if McCain would run I also would vote for him, not because he is a republican but he does have views for both parties. He is a more Moderate Republican. Guillaine I don't know anything about, well politically.
Rice I would have to see how she does her job this next 3 1/2 years but Hillary NO! There is too much controversy surrounding the Clinton name and she needs to stay in New York and for certain we don't need any more controversy.

Crow, you are right. Not all republicans but some of the phony wackos on this board care about nobody but themselves and their God the All Mighty Dollar.

Its beyond me how some of these wackos keep posting when they are caught in lie after lie after lie. These people are SHAMELESS and without MORALS.

Crow you and I stay on point and all these weak phony wackos can do is attack. Why because they can't defend their leader. Bush has failed the majority in America. Nothing more or nothing less.

NearTheSea - Now, could you see TWO women running against each other for President? Is America ready for this?

As we know...the American public has not been to thrilled at having even a women VP. But maybe that's because of who SHE was.

But if clinton did make the dem ticket, and a strong republican man did...I think there are many voters who might switch parties as they are just stubborn enough to think NO woman should run this country...no matter who she be.

But if we had two women running against one another, as was mentioned... Condi and hillary...then that would remove that factor most likely. Unless they decided to vote for a 3rd party candidate.

And if it ended up that way....Condi would win hands down. First woman president AND first black president. I'd vote that ticket.

Even Bear agrees Bush is a bozo and not effective as a leader.

Crow - I said before that I think that may be a nearly unbeatable ticket. The black voter turn out has always been notoriosly low, I think mobilizing that demographic would create a rather formidable ticket.

fenix, you are joking right? In today's world of international terrorism and globalization, you think these two can hold up a candle together? I sure dont.

If hillary were to run she'd need somebody a hell of a lot stronger than Obama to be <cough, cough> formidable!

And I think the reference to "mobilizing" the black demographic is such a pissy disgraceful idea to have. As if black people only vote for a person based on their color and nothing else?
pffsst!

Whats worst than a condescending liberal? Not much.

Bear, we can all see how people like you would think the words SHAMELESS and WITHOUT MORALS are words of PRAISE. Don't worry if you hold on for a few years maybe there will be help for you. Stem Cell research may find some kind of smart pill for ya.

The only draw back I see is because of Bush you may have to go to Korea for treatment.

I believe Adriana Huffington is beginning to make HER case against hillary.

She's taking her on about when giving a specific date for our troops to be withdrawn from Iraq...or for hillary to point her in the direction of who CAN give her that info.

Guess that means she doesn't like it one bit...that hillary won't do so.

Dbl - If that is how you choose to think of it that's fine, but it has nothing to do with what I was actually saying. I'm thinking you must really be bored these days and twisting words so that your can get a reaction is your main form of entertainment.

Or again, maybe I just give you way too much credit when I assume that the dense and stupid approach is only for entertainment value.

The black voter turn out has always been notoriously low, I think mobilizing that demographic would create a rather formidable ticket.

Those are your words.

[mobilizing the demographic (what demographic?)of the black voter,...by adding a black man to the ticket.. ergo, the belief is, blacks will get out to vote more for a black guy]... thus making this a formidable ticket.

Those are your words. I twisted nothing.

I bet you think you can package and market politics like your Asian imports. You just think nobody notices what you're trying to do with it and the awful idea of condescension it is borne from. Obama is a junior. Wtf could possibly make him a good vice presidental candidate in these times? Oh yeaah, he's black and can moblize the black vote. Hot diggy dog. Great reason to vote for a somebody or even consider them for the ticket! Funny thing is you have even insulted him with your words have no idea you have done so. It shows you see his "blackness" as his greatest potential asset (to the ticket) before he ever even opens his mouth.
