Looks great! With Global Warming becoming so obvious that even Pat Robertson has stopped calling it a lie and a conspiracy by the scientific community; but for us in Portland, Oregon, I doubt that we'll ever see more than a dusting of snow again in my lifetime.

Yep! Us too...we live in Oklahoma! It snowed a week ago and it is still on the ground ...we are suppose to get more tomorrow night....and they said it'll be here at Christmas.
This is okay..except we are a rural community and the few snow plows we have don't go anywhere but the one main road.
People don't know how to drive in it! They closed offices..schools...etc..because people couldn't get out due to rural roads (dirt roads)...
So I guess I'll spend a lot of time on the computer! Ha!

Oh Borillar, just hush. Everything doesn't have to become an issue. So the next time someone puts in a happy thread--just say "Neat!"

Carole, we live in OK too. Moved here about a year ago. It's a compromise -my DH misses snow terribly, and I hate having cold toes 6 months of the year.
After growing up north of Chicago, I'm amazed how 4 little inches of snow can shut down a town for 3 days! LOL

We got another inch or so overnight. It is pretty, and I'm glad I don't have to go out in it.
The last of our gifts are coming via UPS today! Yipee! The cutouts are baked, about 1/3 of them are sprinkled with colored sugar. The rest are decorated with icing, which I'll do tomorrow or Friday.
Wow, there goes a salt truck down our little dead end street. Just how fast can a truck drive on a road with only 10 houses? Zoom Zoom!
