Tonight on Fox there is a program with new evidence that it was a hoax. I've heard this conspiracy theory before that the moon landing was just a big production to fool everyone.

It's only a half hour program which I'll tape because it comes on the same time as CSI. I wouldn't miss that program.

What do you think? Was the moon landing for real or a hoax?

Not a hoax. I've been to the Moon several times myself.

They make great cheese...

I remember watching the mission as it was unfolding and I can't imagine that they could have involved all the people they did at NASA and not have it spilled somehow if it was a fake long before this.

Buzz Aldrin was from Montclair, NJ and I remember going to the parade they had in his honor after they returned. I don't think they had the computer technology in 1969 to fake all those pictures taken from up there.

Barry(way out there)Barris is the cheese green?
I hope it was for real. It was very exciting. But, the government is good at keeping secrets. What about area 55 (not sure if that's the correct name)where the aliens were suppose to have crashed? I'm more interested in that one.

Actually, they landed on Mars, but figured nobody would believe them. Guess they didn't dial it back enough.

...and it's Area 51. There's also and Area 55, though -- they were just grids on a map of desolate territory.

The aliens are no longer there. They moved to area 58. Area 51 was too arid and they like to garden.

I'm sure that my Cell Phone company said something about a Moon prefix in the huge pile of their promotional junk.

If we didn't land there - then why does the moon have a direct dial area code??

Well??....

(As nutspec devastates the question with laser precise logic)

Anyone happen to tape it? I can't get Fox here.

I would be glad to cover the cost of copying the tape and shipping.

No. But you can say "Lunalinga", if Beth doesn't object.

Please leave my dog (Luna) out of this! She's never been to the moon, although she bays at it sometimes.
