Dumbya is about to let the world know what he plans in our star wars future. On CNN he gave forth this explanation, preparatory to the Tuesday announcement:
"It's an issue that my administration is going to take very seriously, and that is the development of anti-ballistic missile systems that will make our world a safer world. And one of the things you'll see us doing here in the course of--in due time--is to begin consultations with others around the world as to what we mean by missile defense. I'm not prepared to do that yet, but we'll do that. And I had said during the course of the campaign, and I'm going to say it in the administration, it is important for us to use our resources and technologies to develop such a system so as to make threats to people around the world that, you know, as obsolete as possible, as irrelevant as possible. And that threat's not only in the Far East, but in the Middle East, as well, and to our own homeland," the resident said.
Did you get that?
One CNN commentator said that he came across "about as sharp as a sack of wet mice"
Oh, BTW, I've decided that there isn't any reason to be tied to archaic definitions and spellings when a better expression of a meaning can be used, or a play be made.

good one krs
I'm all in favor of revolting against the tyranny of pesky spelling rules myself, thereby eliminating the need to proof, correct, reproof, and recorrect a few more times just so I can post a sentence or two. LOL! what a timesaver that would be for me. I had to correct six things just in the first sentence. my eyes see it one way and my brain and fingers spell it another.

no, I thought einterpretation was completely appropriate to waca's post. That, and I've found myself involuntarily gaining the habit by reading dumbya's stuff.

krs please do not let the readings of Dumbya interfere with your precise speech pattern and method of making pithy barbs. If you do, then what we will have is one thought forward followed by two back and 1/2 sideways and no one will get the message.
Example: A pithy barb could become "pity barb" now unless you were truly referring to Dumbya's Mom what kind of message would that be?

Enchanted, LoL
. My eyes see it one way and my brain and fingers spell it another.
That's good!
The Tuesday announcement should be ........(now, I am speechless)
He has been thinking about this for a long time...
"This is a world that is much more uncertain than the past. In the past we were certain, we were certain it was us versus the Russians in the past. We were certain, and therefore we had huge nuclear arsenals aimed at each other to keep the peace. That's what we were certain of. ... You see, even though it's an uncertain world, we're certain of some things. We're certain that even though the 'evil empire' may have passed, evil still remains. We're certain there are people that can't stand what America stands for. ... We're certain there are madmen in this world, and there's terror, and there's missiles and I'm certain of this, too: I'm certain to maintain the peace, we better have a military of high morale, and I'm certain that under this administration, morale in the military is dangerously low."—Albuquerque, N.M., the Washington Post, May 31, 2000
"Redefining the role of the United States from enablers to keep the peace to enablers to keep the peace from peacekeepers is going to be an assignment."—Interview with the New York Times, Jan. 14, 2001

I think it's an unfortunate side effect from reading too many Dubya quotes, krs. Battle scars for the sake of humanity.
Give it enough time and Dubya could be used as our secret weapon spreading the inability to communicate across the world. Think viral infection.
quick, bring that solution to an end and affront the energy crisis!

It's unavoidable as a new part of the national heritage. As dumbya puts it:

How new words evolve ...
For example
the word einterpretation.
As Krs was typing, the thought of enteric (diarrhea)and in this case, (of the mouth) probably entered his thoughts concerning Waca's post. Then, the more common word with less meaning was typed, producing a new and more
descriptive word,
einterpretation.
A wonderful example of how new words evolve.
Helen
Edited to correct spelling from waco's post
to waca's post. Thanks James.
