Scientists have confirmed that the first genetically altered humans have been born and are healthy.
Up to 30 such children have been born, 15 of them as a result of one experimental programme at a US laboratory.

So they carry a few genes from a third person.
It's not like they have a jellyfish gene to make them glow in the dark or some such foolish thing they have done with animals.

I can see the scene in my movie -- police raid house of ill repute and as they are arresting the loungers down stairs we switch out side to them pursuing krs down a fire escape and through a dark ally........
