I would like to list two Heywood Wakefield tables. Can anyone help me: what is the best way to ship and the cheapest? I would like to have them professionaly wrapped.
And if I do not want to use Ebay, what is the best place to go with them?

Two places to list the large items are the local or regional section of eBay and the Yahoo Classifieds. A lot of buyers cruise the regional sections of eBay looking for larger items. I sold a stackable washer/dryer there about a year ago. Make sure you include a phrase like "buyer MUST pickup the tables; no delivery available or "I will deliever tables within a 35 miles radius" or whatever to keep the distant buyers from bidding on it. I bought a great Maytag stove through the regional section also.
The Yahoo Classifieds are for local sales only and are free. It is amazing the large number of items available and the great deals. Yahoo has recently made a vow to run a large advertising campaign to promote all aspects of Yahoo Shopping ( Auctions, Wharehouse & Classifieds ).
