Just lurking on the board over at BidBay and they are laughing at the posts here (one of mine) and GT is asking (Begging) someone to come over and comment about certain topics ~ The AW one about fees.
Yea, everyone must be sooo very proud of GT. What a loser!

You were just a little slower than some to realize this but thankfully you saw the light. Did you happen to read in FORBES Magazine about tax loopholes? There was a thing on The O'Reilly factor about it and they mentioned "The Nevada Corporations". Check and see where Bidbay is incorporated. I already know

I didn't feel like it was very ethical or mature either, which is why I never responded to that post. However, if you don't like what they do, why do you keep going there to read the chat boards? They're really quite boring.
IWon has more interesting chat boards.

LOL! Try something like pogo.com, it's a gaming site and you can really pass the time there and maybe win some $$. Better than the chats anyday!
IWon has a lot of different topics, etc. It's pretty neat.

Well let's see what is wrong with this post?
Ethics: as defined by Websters Dictionary (that is a book that has words and their meanings inside); "A system of moral values; the principle of right and wrong".
Ok at best Bidbay is a site that actually listens to its members and implements user desired changes. At worst sometimes Bidbay users and staff do approach lies and insults with tit for tat mentality. But when one honestly defends the vicious attacks and lies posted here, they are scolded and locked, even threatened with sanctions! Oooooh!
I personally think it is great that George has time to keep bidbay on the topic board.
Why? Everyone that comes here and reads this are not mindless drones from Feebay. Some people actually look at the rediculous bidbay bashing and realize that if half of it were true:
1) the site would be closed by the government for all the blatent fraud.
2) a site as poorly administered as some here claim would have closed in failure a long time ago.
3) if sales were as pitiful as paid bashers claim no one would be die hard fans
4) and that everyone can agree, the more you talk, even if badly, the more free exposure bidbay.com gets.

Speaking only for myself here.
I can not wait for the day when Mr.T and bidbay are off the internet.
Then I will no longer have to worry about my chat board user id that was pilfered for billybobbaybucks or a real dollar bill and registered over there.
And puhleeze don't tell me to email so and so at bidbay.com to take care of it, I emailed my last and I got tired of being ignored.
I also sent some other email to agencies that oversee internet fraud - hope they listen and close down that place. It has no business operating as a real online auction. It is like a cult over there. A real buyer or seller can not survive.
And when Mr. T tries to take this farce into an IPO, I hope he gets 1 billybaybobbuck a share.

It would seem to me that those who perpetuate these discussions - may be lacking also.
AW should create a separate catagory for all this hype Call it bash away.
Also I believe the moral character of an individual is being discussed here and that is wrong. Also against AW rules or don't they apply here????

It's a shame that people have to resort to attacking others; makes the people attacking look so very small and insignificant - an attention getter, IMO. Some folks crave attention, doesn't matter if it's negative attention, they just need it and certainly get it here.

You said you were bored and that's why you lurked over at their boards. I don't think that's the real reason you do that. What did BidBay do to you? Have you listed any auctions there? Have you been suspended from there? Have they attacked you? Have you been burned on their site?
I just don't get it. If you, Deichen, feel so strongly about them having no ethics and you do, why do you post about a company that you have no desire to have any connections with?

What is a "BillyBayBobBuck"? Just curious.
Ballsandstrikes, what exactly is Baypal? I've never heard of them. Are they a new site?
And yes, negative publicity does draw a crowd. As they say, see a wet paint sign and what do most people do? They touch, don't they? It's human nature to investigate even the negatives in life. I'm sure BidBay has a lot of users who reads these threads, if for nothing else, then pure curiousity. Let's remember though that curiousity did kill the cat.

Well said mtnmama!Someone(won't mention any names)said this thread was okay because they were bashing BidBay and BidBay is not an individual,someone else(once again I won't mention any names since that is against the rules)said and I quote "I think using the word ethics does apply to GT and BidBay".They spend so much time bashing they forget who or what their target is.I have been threatened by the mods here and I will no longer be allowed to post if I keep insulting others(which I don't feel I've done),but it seems like these rules don't apply to everyone(still once more I won't mention any names,but they know who they are)Have a nice day everyone and I can only hope that everyone that feels the need to CONSTANTLY insult others wakes up in a better mood tomorrow

I know for a fact that most of this is sour grapes by one or two individuals. (not mentioning names)
Let 'em gripe. Another good saying that would pertain to this is:
Give 'em enough rope ... you know the rest.
It's a fact over at BidBay that at least three people were given plenty of rope and guess where they are now? LOL!
What amuses me the most about this thread is that one person in particular, went to the site, didn't list anything and left because the site had "ethics" problems in this person's opinion. Soon as this person left with such great fanfare, this person headed here to blast the site. And this is called ethical?
I can tell you that I wouldn't do any business at all some of the folks that post here as these certain people are very UNethical.
Some people need to get a real job or pay more attention to their families.

Character assults? GT is somewhat a public person, just as Clinton was and still is. I bet none of you ever dared to say anything negative about him? Yea, right! If you don't like it, don't read it!
