I am registered at Ebay and Bidbay,but don't do alot of selling on either one.I have listed just a few things at both sites,but I don't depend on auctions to make ends meet so I don't take it as serious as some of you.However,I was just wondering why everyone here feels like it is so important to bash BidBay?Even the mods!God forbid someone use the word BidBay in one of their post and mention something positive about the site.
why was floridaborn's post last try...welcome?? locked when she talked about bidbay?The mod said it was because she was promoting the site,but she never said come to BIDBAY!jerryhobel's post try abidon.com CLEARLY says great auction site and it's free,why wasn't that locked??That sounds like promoting the site to me.
I am not for or against any of the online auctions,but I don't understand why everyone feels the need to bash everyone else.If you don't think a site is what it should be then so what!!LEAVE.I really think alot of you have too much time on your hands.You act like a bunch of kids that are upset because something didn't go your way!
I know I am going to get flamed for this post,but it doesn't matter to me.I'm not trying to start an argument or make anyone mad,I'm just stating the obvious.And before I go,allycatpft-I don't know you and I really don't care to,but ANYONE that freaks out the way you did over $16 has issues.You really should talk to someone because with you it goes alot deeper then the money.I agreed with you,it's your money and they should send it to you,but you girlfriend,took it to the next level!!!GROW UP!!!

Oh my gosh, Bidbay keeps sending them! Do they get paid to say something nice? I guess GT has to send other people here, he has been restricted from coming here, himself.
This is just my opinion: AW has every reason to moderate these cheerleaders and especially GT. I hope noone forgot that BidBay stole from AW ~ templates, etc...

Remember that was my assigned pennance once, to go to AW and say something "nice" about Bidbay. Needless to say I didn't do it! I am not saying something I don't feel.
Today during Judge Judy I saw their tv commercial! It is as cheesy as you would expect Bidbay to produce, 10 seconds or there abouts, with them all standing over a computer, panting over the wonders of Bidbay. Naturally GT had to put himself in the commercial. 'Nuff said?

The person in question here spammed the message boards on the other site demanding her money, because she had to pay bills. Someone even offered to send her the money out of his own pocket, but felt that it was the site's place to do so. The way the messages read, it sounded like they owed her hundreds of dollars - $16 doesn't pay many bills, even in my part of the country.
I agree that they should pay on time, but they are notoriously late in paying anyone and/or sending contest prizes. Why should this person get preference over all the rest? People that go there know they won't receive payment for at least 3 months or longer. Should they change for one person?
I doubt they'll ever change!
This person doesn't seem to me like she's an "alien spy" working for them. She has never even posted on their boards. She's just voicing an opinion, just like everyone else.
Look at the thread titles. I posted about a new site, others posted about new sites. Not considered advertising, yet whenever someone posts about that 'dreaded' site, it's considered advertising.
'nough said.
AW moderators, this is nothing against you, because you're only doing your job. It's about misinformation being relayed to you.

It matters not if one is owed 1.00 or 16.00 or a million. I have to pay my bills on time or suffer the consequences.Why should Bidbay be any different? If you were referring to me when you say "spammed the boards", then you are WAYYYYYYYY off base! To my knowledge nobody ever offered to send me the money out of their own pocket. I was not the only one asking for my money though so perhaps you did't mean me. I was told the checks were going out of three different dates. This is called lying. YOU feel free to use their image hosting service if you wish but I will not, nor will I have anything to do with a fraudelent company. MY CHOICE....just like it is MY choice to not respond to certain persons postings. Good day!!!

Perhaps you then missed the post by bbbbf offering to pay you? It was answered by you, but of course you say things you believe are fact and then when called on them, you counter with:
"I care not!"
Your messages were on several boards and you were told to quit spamming the boards, but you didn't. You really don't read what you write, do you?

YOU are mistaken. That person Bob posted for me to send him my invoice, which I did, and he then posted a kind thank you for my quick response. One cannot SPAM boards where one is registered to post in a public chatroom. They told me to stop posting about the money because it was embarassing to them, as it should have been. I don't give a rat's rear what took you to Bidbay! I will continue to say how I feel about that fraudelent company (and I still have your emails!) so you best back off me lady!!!
