Why would you limit the amount I can spend to $2,000 on my visa with Paypal? It is totally confusing to me. I pay my CC bill every month so as long as you are getting your money, why do you care? I will not transfer money from my bank account. It is easier to write a check.

We pay the transaction fees on credit card transactions and it is to keep the service free to personal users making personal transactions. This limit does not apply if you are making payments via the credit card to a business.
