I need the EMAIL addy of a tech smart x.com representative. I have already called the toll free customer support line TWICE about a problem with how transactions posted to my account duplicated 51 times on my account summary.
The first fellow was great, contacted engineering for me, and they could not replicate the occurrence, but saw that there was a problem. Probably just a glitch. That was back on March 7, 2000. I just asked that my account be cleaned up. I was told that since these transactions remained listed as "pending tranactions" they would drop off of my account after 14 days.
When I called today, a very nice rep told me that he couldn't even see the occurrence from his system. And then he said that since the transactions were "pending" they would drop off in 14 days (heard that the first time, but it didn't happen). It's been over two months, way more than 14 days. And I can't change the status or delete the extra entries. It's driving me insane!
I can copy and paste my screen and send it via EMAIL. Just send me a techie's EMAIL and I will be forever grateful. If your system won't show you, can I?
Otherwise, I love x.com and I have cancelled everything else I tried out. I recommend your service above all others. You customer service folks are all so kind and patient.
