I just got an email from ExchangePath that a buyer has paid through Exchange Path. The email went on to say that it could take 2 DAYS to access my money, and they show NO TRANSACTION in my account. What's going on?

Hi,
We're in the midst of implementing some new security procedures and as a result, transactions are temporarily delayed for 24-48 hours until the new system is completely up and running. Thanks for your patience.

May I also note that when someone pays with an Electronic check, that there may be a delay. The delay is for verification of payment from the bank.

I had a customer three days ago pay by Exchange Path! I have not shipped to my customer, since the funds are still not in my CC acount!

Are we supposed to ship on EXCHANGE PATHS WHIM? The funds showed up immediately from the buyer in my EXCHANGE PATH ACCOUNT!

I transfered the funds shortly after, since so many folks were having problems with suspensions!

I called Exchange Path and had a nice response from a real live person, but not such good news! She said it could take three to five days for the funds to transfer to my account!

If the funds are not in my account, HOW DO I KNOW THEY WERE IN EXCHANGE PATHS ACCOUNT!

If a bad CC were used, I would not see my money and also be out the items if I had shipped!

I do not know about this at all!

So far I have had much better action from Yahoo pay Direct! Only one day when I transfer to CC account!

I have let people here know that sellers are having a hard time completing orders if they can't view the deposits into their accounts in a timely fashion. This problem is a temporary one because of system upgrades that we're in the middle of (but we understand that it's still a problem!)

Ah, thank goodness for New Years resolutions:

1) Dump ALL MORONIC COMPANIES RUN BY 13 YO'S!

WEEKS AGO- AS FAR AS WHAT ACCOUNTS WERE
STOLEN(ONLY EXCHANGEPATH KNOWS THAT) THIS IS WHY
THEY SUSPENDED ALL THOSE WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD ON
THERE ACCOUNTS,IT'S ALSO A REASON WHY IF SOMEONE
SENDS YOU A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT -YOU WILL GET A
MESSAGE IN YOUR EMAIL THAT SAYS THE PAYMENTIS NOT
AVAILABLE UNTIL 2 DAYS-THIS SHOULD HAVE RAISED A
RED FLAG TO MOST OF YOU BECAUSE AS SOMEONE WHO
USE TO WORK FOR A MAJOR CRDIT CARD COMPANY - I CAN
TELL YOU ONCE A BUSINESS GETS A CREDIT CARD
APPROVAL NUMBER IT'S LIKE MONEY IN THE BANK- THE 2
DAY HOLD IS SO EXCHANGEPATH CAN MAKE SURE THE
