They have suspended my account and would not let me in tell I give them a credit card number. But they don't tell me how. I got an email indicating that I have been suspended but does not indicate how should I contact them. They have send numerous emails to there customer response and I don't even get an acknowledgement to that email. I have heard that there site was hacked. I have some money in there all I want is to go in get my money and never again use Exchange Path and I think Auction Watch should take them away as a partner. Has anyone had a good experience with them?
I trusted AW for recommending this partner and future I would do my own research before using any service. Being in business for two years we have decided not to EP and I could not recommend them. Improve your Customer service

The exact same thing has happened to me today!I was suspended because I forgot my password and made one attempt too many, apparently. I got a canned response that I needed to update my information by adding a credit card and billing address, which had nothing to do with forgetting my password! They said I could do it by adding it to the email reply. As if! To top this off, I've had my first 3 auction payments made through them today, and I can't even attempt to retreive them! Auctionwatch has a knack for partnering with smarmy payment services IMHO!

I have had the same problem with Exchange Path. They tell me I have to re-register. I have money in that account that people paid me from auctions. Do they honestly think that I am going to give them a credit card number with all of the things I have been hearing about hackers getting people's cc numbers from their site. I just want my money and then I want to close my account. How do I get in touch with them? Does anyone know? I have written customer service and keep getting the same form email letter each time. Very poor business tactics, IMHO.

I posted this in Ebay outlook too.
I don't know if it helped or not, but I emailed them at [email protected] AND [email protected] repeatedly and my suspended acct. was re-opened after about 5 days or so.
Can't hurt to try. Good luck. I'll be closing my EP account just as soon as the money i transferred shows up in my checking account. (if? when? <sigh>

And here I thought I was the only one!
I only have had one customer pay me thru them and i adised them to cancell that payment and use pay~pal or bill point, I never heard of such a thing!
The email that "customer service" sent me was a "Dear Customer" letter telling me that they have closed all accounts that appeared to them to be suspious and for me to open new one with new email addy, id, password and CC....NOT IN THIS LIFE TIME!!!!

I've tried to withdraw my EP account funds three times--
Once on 12/03/2000 (transaction ID#9883036), which, after 5 days it was cancelled by EP for an unspecified reason (transaction # 10882111).
Once on 12/13/2000 (#12873982)
Once on 12/14/2000-- to close account (#13063672)
To date (12-19-2000) my bank has not received funds or ACH notice from EP. EP claims 3-5 days for these transactions (which is very slow given the ACH process iteslf), but still nothing. EP appears to be at least inept, and at worst a criminal venture-- that's what you call it when someone has something that belongs to you and you ask for it and they don't give it to you.
Their ineptitude/criminality has cost them yet another customer... and turned me into a negative propaganda machine.
