Hey folks,
I've seen some complaints about restricted PayPal accounts out here. Due to the implementation of some additional anti-fraud measures, some users who accessed their accounts in the 5:00 hour Pacific time this evening may have had their account erroneously restricted. We will be correcting this and lifting those restrictions later this evening. We will notify any affected accountholder by email, as well. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We will continue to strive to provide the best possible customer service and security.

Hooray, but my account was locked on 10/24 and you guys still haven't fixed it.
I finally got my first reply to any email I sent about a week ago and I faxed you all sorts of documents and still not a word.
I advise everyone to stay away from PayPal.
I no theif and there has been no fraud. I've done like 5 transactions in the past 5 or 6 months so I cant even begin to think of what they are investigating or what fraud occured since the transactions were all with friend I know.
