Our buy it nows , and some other auctions are not showing up on AW. This is a continuous problem with your software system. Could you please update me so I may get a accurate count on the auctions that have come in.. Thank you for your help in this matter.

Hi Golfballsgaloreinc,

I checked your account and it appears that your AW account contains everything that your eBay seller's list does. Please let me know if this is incorrect.
